A IV Jornada Acadêmica do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Saúde e Biodiversidade (PPGSBio/UFRR) configura-se como um importante espaço de integração, reflexão e produção científica, reunindo pesquisadores, discentes, profissionais e a comunidade acadêmica em torno de temáticas estratégicas para a região amazônica. Com o tema “Saúde e Biodiversidade em diálogo na Amazônia: Saberes, Territórios e Práticas do Cuidado”, a quarta edição da Jornada promoveu o diálogo interdisciplinar entre diferentes áreas do conhecimento, articulando saberes científicos e tradicionais. O evento destacou as relações entre saúde, ambiente e os modos de vida nos territórios amazônicos, reafirmando o compromisso do PPGSBio com a formação crítica e com a produção de conhecimento socialmente relevante. A Jornada consolidou-se como um espaço de construção coletiva, incentivando o intercâmbio de experiências, a socialização de pesquisas e o fortalecimento de redes acadêmicas e institucionais. Nesse contexto, contribuiu para o desenvolvimento regional ao valorizar a biodiversidade e fomentar práticas de cuidado alinhadas às especificidades socioculturais da Amazônia. A organização do evento incluiu a criação de comissões específicas, responsáveis ​​pela logística, avaliação científica, divulgação e suporte técnico, garantindo a eficiência do evento. A programação foi desenvolvida nos turnos da manhã e da tarde, contemplando atividades acadêmicas e científicas voltadas à discussão de temas relevantes para a pós-graduação, a pesquisa e a extensão no campo da saúde e biodiversidade. O evento também contou com 131 inscritos e a submissão 61 resumos científicos por meio da plataforma Even3, ampliando a participação da comunidade acadêmica e a divulgação do conhecimento produzido no âmbito do PPGSBio. The IV Academic Conference of the Postgraduate Program in Health and Biodiversity (PPGSBio/UFRR) is an important space for integration, reflection, and scientific production, bringing together researchers, students, professionals, and the academic community around strategic themes for the Amazon region. With the theme “Health and Biodiversity in Dialogue in the Amazon: Knowledge, Territories, and Practices of Care,” the fourth edition of the Conference promoted interdisciplinary dialogue between different areas of knowledge, articulating scientific and traditional knowledge. The event highlighted the relationships between health, the environment, and ways of life in Amazonian territories, reaffirming PPGSBio’s commitment to critical training and the production of socially relevant knowledge. The Conference has established itself as a space for collective construction, encouraging the exchange of experiences, the socialization of research, and the strengthening of academic and institutional networks. In this context, it contributed to regional development by valuing biodiversity and promoting care practices aligned with the socio-cultural specificities of the Amazon. The organization of the event included the creation of specific committees responsible for logistics, scientific evaluation, dissemination, and technical support, ensuring the event’s efficiency. The program was developed in the morning and afternoon shifts, encompassing academic and scientific activities focused on discussing topics relevant to postgraduate studies, research, and extension in the field of health and biodiversity. The event also had 131 registered participants and the submission of 61 scientific abstracts through the Even3 platform, expanding the participation of the academic community and the dissemination of knowledge produced within the PPGSBio.
