A MARCHA DA MACONHA SOB OS PAR\u00c2METROS DOS DIREITOS E GARANTIAS FUNDAMENTAIS<\/strong> <em>(L\u00edvia Guilherme Figueiredo; Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio de Jesus Silva; Ra\u00edssa Pires da Silva)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RESUMO: <\/strong>Este artigo cient\u00edfico analisa como tema a Marcha da Maconha sob os par\u00e2metros dos direitos e garantias fundamentais, previstos na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica Federativa do Brasil de 1988. Primeiramente, abordar\u00e1 a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica da cannabis no mundo e no Brasil e, em seguida, tratar\u00e1 da origem do evento supracitado. Dessa forma, discutir\u00e1 os principais argumentos no julgamento da ADPF 187 e da ADI 4.274, que tratam, respectivamente, da Marcha da Maconha, com base nos direitos e garantias fundamentais, mais especificamente a liberdade de express\u00e3o e o direito de reuni\u00e3o.
